We are pleased to announce that PJ Brennan has joined Shorehill Capital (“Shorehill”) as the newest member of the investment team. PJ joined Shorehill in May 2021, bringing over five years of middle market transactional experience to the firm. As a Senior Associate, he will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies.
Prior to Shorehill, PJ worked as an Associate at Riverside Advisors, LLC, a Chicago-based lower middle market investment bank focused on family and entrepreneur operated businesses. While at Riverside, PJ worked on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital markets transactions across various markets including industrial, education, and consumer. PJ is a Chicago native, a CFA charterholder, and graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in finance. We welcome PJ to the team.
