We are pleased to announce that Kyle Phillips has joined Shorehill Capital (“Shorehill”) as the newest member of the investment team. Kyle joined Shorehill in November 2023, bringing nearly three years of middle market transactional experience to the firm. As an Associate, he will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies.
Prior to Shorehill, Kyle worked as an investment banking analyst at Fifth Third Securities (“Fifth Third”). While at Fifth Third Kyle worked on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital markets transactions in the lower and middle market industrial space. Kyle is a St. Louis native and graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Accounting and Finance.
