We are pleased to announce that Anna Hofmockel has joined Shorehill Capital (“Shorehill”) as the newest member of the investment team. Anna joined Shorehill in September 2023, bringing over five years of middle market transactional experience to the firm. As an Associate, she will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing portfolio companies.
Prior to Shorehill, Anna worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at B2B Industrial Packaging, LLC (“B2B”), an Illinois-based industrial packaging distributor. While at B2B Anna worked closely with the B2B leadership to close 17 add-on acquisitions. Prior to her role at B2B, Anna served as an Associate at (312) Investments, a Chicago-based firm that makes investments in middle-market businesses with a focus on building M&A platforms. Anna is a Chicago area native and graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science from the Driehaus College of Business.
