Shorehill Capital (“Shorehill”), a Chicago-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of two highly-valued team members. Charlie Denison has been promoted to Managing Director, and Robert Jackson has been promoted to Principal.

Charlie Denison has been promoted from Principal to Managing Director, and he will be responsible for leading investments. Charlie joined Shorehill in 2018 after leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group, Adams Street Partners and Merrill Lynch. His current corporate directorships include Power Grid Components, Inc., Functional Devices, Inc., and Triad Technologies, LLC. Charlie earned a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Robert Jackson has been promoted from Vice President to Principal, and he will be responsible for leading investments. Robert joined Shorehill in 2015 after leadership roles at both Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and RSM. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Power Grid Components, Inc. and has spent the last two years as a critical member of the Shorehill business development team. Robert earned his BS in Accounting and Finance from Marquette University.
